Do you SEE yourself? 🤩😍😎 .. One of the things that came up for me while exploring the heart space and the heart wall is our capacity and ability to see ourselves. Not just look but truly see all that you are. .. When our heart space is closed, or we have a heart wall like Fort Knox, we are unable to see ourselves from a space of LOVE. The ego steps in everytime and we look at ourselves from a place of lack, fear, unworthiness, not being good enough, something is wrong, it should have been better or more, more, more 🙄😭🤮 .. This makes being here and finding enjoyment in life extremely difficult and it's actually heart breaking 💔 your inner gifts remain locked away, the connections you crave feel hopeless, the joy you trying to pursue is always another goal post away, your creativity flows like a swamp 🤢 you get the picture. .. But when we decide to SEE 🤩 ourselves from an open heart, we can see so much more. The perspectives of our possibilities are endless. We can see our successes, we can see our abundance, we can see our gifts and talents, we can celebrate, we can see our connections and sacredness, we can see our joy, we can see our love and beauty. When we open the "heart eyes" we see so much more of the magnificence we truly are 💖😍🌟🌌 .. Today, see yourself from your heart eyes and notice what you feel 🤗💛 And, see each other. I see you 🌌🌿💖

THE HEART WALL 💖 . . This is an energetic wall built around the heart from trapped emotions residing in the subconscious mind. So what you may say? 🤔 . . A ton of research has gone into how emotions, the heart, the brain, the nervous system and our magnetic energy field all interact and what Dr. Bradley Nelson shares in his book The Emotion Code is how the heart can actually control the brain. . . The heart wall is a protection mechanism put in place from when we are little from the subconscious mind to limit how hurt our heart space can get. As we get older, we experience more heartache, breakups, loss, grief, rejection and this results in the heart wall building up. They can reach up to kilometres in thickness 😳🤕💔 . . Some of the signs there is a heart wall in place: 💛 there is an imbalance with giving and receiving, especially with love 💛 feeling isolated, alone, misunderstood and lack of belonging 💛 depression, deep sadness, hopelessness, anxiety, worthlessness and need to control everything 💛 blocks to success, abundance and achieving life purpose dreams 💛 disconnection from your creativity, passion, your uniqueness and inner sense of who you are 💛 imbalances in your relationships or difficulty finding a relationship . . There are also physical symptoms that can present: 🌟chest pain and disorders 🌟neck and shoulder pain 🌟poor posture 🌟immunity related disorders . . As much as we can appreciate the heart wall for protecting us from feeling hurt and any heartache while making us appear invincible and "strong", the heart wall also prevents all the good things that life has to offer from reaching us. . . It blocks our gifts from emerging, it stops the soul expressing itself, it hinders our passion and creativity from flowing, it interferes with our joy, limits our compassion, it warps the love we think we know, blocks our success and abundance and it keeps us disconnected from who we truly are.... What's happening with your heart space? 💖🤔 .. I woke up this morning feeling closed off, despondent, insecure, judgemental, hopeless and disconnected 🤕 I could feel my heart space was withdrawn and suspicious of the outside world. .. As the moon is now full I realised that there is a deep layer within my heart that is coming up to be acknowledged and released 🌚 .. I have some beautiful goals and dreams that need to be shared with you but with a heart space feeling like mine was this morning, closed and stuck, it's impossible for that to happen. .. So I sat, with myself, with Sacred Ixcacao and I heard what my heart had to say 💖 I heard her speak of an old way we used to be that was fearful, hurt, judged, rejected, conditional, anxious, jealous and insecure. I remembered what it felt like living my life from a closed heart space, isolated, lonely and small 💔 .. Many of us don't realise how closed our hearts are until we feel what it's like to have them opened 🌱💖 as scary as it can be to get vulnerable with ourselves, the gifts that enter our lives when we realign ourselves with an open heart space are beyond our imagination 🌟🌌🐉💖 .. Today I am so grateful for the gift of seeing my old heart space. A closed space that was craving to be opened and have love pour in 🌟💛 the beautiful medicine of Ixcacao is magical in gently connecting you to your heart space and emotional body.
